Leah is a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in sports performance, injury rehabilitation, and long-term physical resilience. With a strong foundation in clinical biomechanics, she combines evidence-based physiotherapy with firsthand athletic experience to help individuals recover from injury and return to sport safely and efficiently.

Leah’s expertise lies in developing tailored rehabilitation protocols that address the root cause of injury while building strength to prevent future setbacks. She collaborates closely with athletes and active individuals, designing individualised recovery strategies that accommodate the intense physical and psychological demands of returning to peak performance. Her approach ensures that every stage of the rehabilitation journey is structured, empathetic, and focused on functional, sustainable movement.

As an athlete, Leah has competed across multiple sports at both national and international levels. She is currently a national elite amateur boxer, having secured a Silver Medal at the 2025 SEA Games. Prior to stepping into the ring, she played competitive basketball for over 15 years, representing Singapore at the youth level, and continues to engage in recreational contact rugby.

Having navigated the rigorous physical and mental challenges of high-level sports and personal injury recovery, Leah brings firsthand insight into the rehabilitation process, making her uniquely qualified to guide athletes toward achieving optimal performance and long-term health. Beyond her clinical and athletic pursuits, Leah holds a Trinity College ATCL Violin Diploma, bringing the same discipline and dedication from her sports to her work in helping individuals move better, recover stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
